The hotel offers absolutely beautiful, very spacious, and really clean rooms, although the inability to adjust the temperature made it a bit hot at nighttime. The bathrooms are good, and having a Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The service was very friendly, with a strong determination to meet any of our requests or needs, even assisting with luggage to the room. The location is really fantastic, placing you in the bustling center of the old town immediately. The dining experience, while very basic, can be limiting if not timed well. Overall, a fantastic stay in a historical building full of charm.

The hotel offers gorgeous rooms with a very comfortable bed, a safe, a good sized en suite, a lovely choice of lighting, and a kettle. The staff are incredibly thoughtful, courteous, and determined to meet any requests or needs. The location is superb for exploring the city, with easy walking distance to all areas. The dining experience covers everything you could possibly eat at breakfast but can become limiting if left to the last minute. The facilities are top-notch and well-maintained.

The hotel exudes both character and comfort with its charming beams, chandelier, and king-size bed, creating a cozy atmosphere. However, the lack of air conditioning in the room led to some discomfort due to excess heat and noise when the window was open. Enjoy outstanding meals and drinks at the onsite restaurant.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from the Old Town Square and a short walk to the Charles Bridge, perfect for exploring. My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms, located on the 4th floor in the oldest part of the historic building, were amazing after a day of exploring. The service was top-notch, without any fuss, and the staff even surprised us on our anniversary. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center with easy access to all the main attractions. The dining options were very nice, offering a good variety of tasty food. Facilities were great overall, with a couple of minor issues. Overall, a fantastic experience!
